Gwynn Way
Wickham, Hampshire
Completed in October 2005 for HVHS this is an exception site on the edge of Wickham for a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed houses. These 12 Houses were available for rent and shared ownership.
The planners were keen that the scheme linked into the existing fabric of the town and therefore access is through a copse and over a culvert to the existing residential road system.
The style of the houses are simple with good proportions constructed of red brick and clay roofing tiles. This is very traditional and characteristic of old Wickham.
