David trained at Nottingham University gaining a BA and B.Arch degree.

David commenced full time employment with Jackson Greenen Down and Partners in Bournemouth before moving to the practice' offices in Winchester in 1983.

He has developed a sound & respected ability in all aspects of the design process and has worked on a wide range of residential, education and healthcare projects.

Since setting up The Genesis Design Studio in 1993, David has applied his practical skills to innovative and contemporary designs, engendering environmental and sustainable issues in building.
