This is an affordable housing exception site on the edge of the town of Wickham, with a mix of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom properties. The 12 houses were offered to tenants on either a rental or shared ownership basis.
The local planning authority were keen to link the new development into the existing fabric of the town, with access taken from an existing housing development, through a copse and over a culvert. The style of the housing is reflective of the traditional characteristics of old Wickham.
