CLIENT - PRIVATE CLIENT
This is the owners’ house attached to the new Monymusk Stud racing horse stables for which planning consent was obtained mid. 2010.
The house is located in greenfield agricultural surroundings, partially built into the natural fall of the landscape. The living spaces are on the higher level relating to the gardens at the rear, with views over the new stables complex.
Traditional local materials of stone and slate have been used in a contemporary design solution.
Completed on site in June 2012.
