CLIENT - HYDE HOUSING
Six affordable houses were built on this planning policy exception site on the edge of the village. The development consists of four 2 bedroom houses facing the road and two 3 bedroom houses further back in the site.
Planning consent was obtained for Hyde Housing, following which GDS were novated to the Design & Build Contractor to complete the detailed design.
The houses are in the style of simple rural cottages, utilising stock bricks and tiled roofs to suit the local context.
