    CLIENT - WILLS OF RUSHDEN LTD.

    A feasibility study was undertaken for extension and refurbishment of an existing department store. Several alternative schemes were produced giving different commercial options to the client.

    Occupying an awkward corner site on a busy high street, the proposed new store was to contain sales floors over two storeys and offices on the top floor.
